Harbour Portal Crane introduction:
The large-scale container transport ships, especially the development of the super-Panamax ship type, have put forward newer and higher requirements for quayside container cranes: First, the technical parameters of the cranes are improved, the speed parameters of the cranes are high-speed, and the outreach and lifting height are increased. The rated lifting capacity under the spreader is increased; the second is to develop and design a high-efficiency quayside container loading and unloading system to meet the requirements of large-scale ships for crane productivity.

Harbour Portal Crane Application:
Loading and unloading at port, material handling at dockyard, ship building and repairing yard, metallurgy industry. They mainly include lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, travelling mechanism, spreader device ( grab, container, and hook), electrical equipment and other aiding devices for safety. The applied rigid rack and screw lever luffing mechanism make sure a constant working state.
