Crane Wheel Sets Introduction:

The horizontal deflection value of all kinds of crane wheels is an important technical parameter of the crane. If the deflection value exceeds the tolerance, it will cause rail gnawing, increase the running resistance, generate vibration and noise, aggravate the wear of the rail and wheels, and greatly reduce the service life of the crane. The technical conditions for the manufacture of similar cranes must specify allowable values for the horizontal deflection of the wheels.
The design structure that is more commonly used and the process measures are relatively simple is: the wheels are assembled on the bracket to form a wheel group, such as an angle bearing box wheel group and a trolley-type 45° split bearing box wheel group, which are installed on the main structure of the crane. Adjust the horizontal deflection of the wheel properly and fix it.
