Crane Wheel Sets Main Features:
1.Material: The casting wheel material generally is 50SiMn, ZD45,ZG55. The forging wheel material generally is DG65Mn and 42CrMo.
2.Treatment: The heat treatment is quenching or hardening and tempering.

If the deflection value exceeds the tolerance, it will cause rail gnawing, increase the running resistance, generate vibration and noise, aggravate the wear of the rail and wheels, and greatly reduce the use of the crane. Therefore, all kinds of crane manufacturing technical conditions must stipulate the allowable value for the horizontal deflection of the wheel.
